Please fill out this form to give the Kids at Heart and the Heart Center Support Programs Teams a little more information regarding your donation.

DONATION GUIDELINES AT ARTHUR M BLANK HOSPITAL

Please read all guidelines before scheduling a donation
Please review our donation guidelines based on infection prevention and safety policies before submitting a donation form. All donations must be approved before being delivered!
All donors must coordinate deliveries in advance between Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accept donations on weekends
We request at least one week notice to schedule donation deliveries
We cannot receive donations at the front entrance or Greeter's desk at Arthur M Blank. For donation drop offs, donors will navigate to the Visitor Parking Deck where a member of our team can meet you outside with a cart to help unload. Please refer to the Athur M Blank Donation Directions below for drop off directions.

Due to new security guidelines, staff constraints and visitor restrictions, patient interaction or coming inside the hospital is not allowed during donation drop offs
We will be able to take photos at a great photo spot on the back entrance of the hospital near the Visitor Deck

You are welcome to email us a letter with pictures that we can send to relevant staff if you were hoping to see/update staff about your patient's/family's progress.
If you have a personal relationship with specific staff, you are welcome to invite them to come down at the time of the donation.

Please note, we are unable to accept donations larger than a trunkful / back of mid-sized SUV. We unfortunately do not have the storage for extremely large donations. Donations need to fit on two standard-sized utility carts. If you have already collected items and have a larger donation, we may ask you to bring the donations at two separate times. If you are sponsoring a Feed the Heart Meal, let us know if you'd like to come in person for photos and/or to help serve meals out of our family amenity space in the Heart Center. It is not recommended that young children or toddlers attend to serve the meal. NO MORE than FOUR people may come at one time.
